After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, Alex began working as a content writer for one of Calgary’s top real estate agents. From there she went back to her alma mater to oversee student records in the office of the registrar, developing her strong administrative skills and devotion to a color-coded spreadsheet. In 2019 she opened a small shop, Prairie Sundays, which celebrates girlhood with stationary and prints. She brings to Core 4 a zeal for organization and a keen creative eye!

Secret Talent: Going about my business, hearing one single note, and knowing exactly what Taylor Swift song it is; like a sleeper-cell activated.

Favourite Travel Memory: Taking a day trip to Oxford while visiting a cousin in London. I got to see the lamppost that inspired C.S Lewis, and the architecture was overwhelmingly beautiful. 

Last Meal: A crispy Diet Coke from McDonalds, Pesto Penne Pasta, Truffle Parmesan Fries, and Maple Pecan Ice Cream in a fresh waffle cone from Village Ice Cream.
